We process data to handle your enquiry and to conclude and perform the agreement (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), for tax settlements (point c), for defending claims (point f), and your image solely on the basis of consent (point a).

Recipients may include: our accounting office, e-mail and hosting providers, the accommodation venue and the teachers leading the sessions. We keep data until the matter is closed and for the limitation period of claims; accounting data is kept for 5 years.

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the President of UODO. Providing data is voluntary but necessary to handle your enquiry. We do not profile data and do not take automated decisions.
