Company policy

SOL is a brand created for women who want to live more slowly, more consciously and closer to themselves. Everything we do — retreats, clothing, rituals — leads to the same place: a way back to yourself.

We promise intimacy, care and honesty. We do not promise therapeutic effects, miraculous transformations or health outcomes.

• Soul — we work with people, not with headcount. Groups stay small, because that is the only way to be truly present.
• Origin — we return to simplicity: nature, good food, silence, breath. No glitter, no pressure.
• Light — we speak plainly. Prices, programme and conditions are described up front, before you pay anything.

• We reply to messages within 2 business days, and to complaints within 14 days.
• Every booking is confirmed by e-mail with a full summary: dates, price, what is included, cancellation terms.
• We do not use artificial sales pressure. The number of places and Early Bird deadlines are real and never changed after the fact.
• We never sell or share participants' data. Newsletter and marketing only with explicit consent.

We only work with people who have real experience in their field. Teachers are introduced by name, with a description of what they actually do.

Partnerships (barter, brands, ambassadors) are handled transparently — paid or barter content is always labelled.

We choose small, local venues in Poland, plant-based cuisine and reusable solutions instead of single-use plastic. We limit gifts to things that are genuinely used.

SOL retreats have zero tolerance for discrimination, body shaming, aggression and boundary violations. Any participant can report a situation that affected her — we respond immediately. In extreme cases, after a prior warning, we may end a person's participation in the retreat; we then account for the services actually used and refund the value of the unused ones within 14 days.

You apply through the form on the website. Within 48 hours you receive a confirmation e-mail with payment details.

A place is secured with a PLN 800 deposit, payable within 48 hours of confirmation. Until then the place is held provisionally; after that it passes to the next person on the list.

The remaining amount is paid by bank transfer no later than 14 days before the retreat.

• The Early Bird price applies until the date shown on the retreat page; after that the regular price applies.
• Booking with a friend (shared twin room): PLN 100 off for each of you.
• Single room: PLN 500 supplement, subject to availability.
• The price covers exactly what is listed in the “What's included” section of each retreat. Travel to the venue is not included.
• Invoices are issued on request — provide your billing details in the application form.

Cancellations are made by e-mail to rezerwacje@sol-world.pl. The date the message arrives is decisive.

• The PLN 800 deposit covers the cost of reserving accommodation and the teachers' time. If you cancel for reasons on your side we retain it (Art. 394 of the Polish Civil Code); if we cancel the retreat we return it in double or, if you prefer, in the amount paid.
• Cancellation more than 14 days before the retreat: we refund everything except the deposit.
• Cancellation 14 days before the retreat or later: we withhold one amount only — either the deposit or, if the costs actually incurred and documented for your place are higher, those costs. We never combine the two, and the rest is returned within 14 days.
• You may always nominate someone to take your place — transferring a booking is free, just let us know by e-mail before the retreat.

A package travel contract is not covered by the 14-day distance-selling withdrawal right. You can, however, withdraw at any time before the retreat starts (Art. 47 of the Polish Package Travel Act) — an e-mail to rezerwacje@sol-world.pl is enough, and we settle it under the cancellation rules above. We are entered in the Central Register of Tour Organisers and Traders Facilitating Linked Travel Arrangements (CEOTiPT, entry no. 3100, made by the Marshal of the Masovian Voivodeship) and hold a SIGNAL IDUNA Polska Towarzystwo Ubezpieczeń S.A. insurance guarantee (no. M 533620, valid from 6 July 2026 to 5 July 2027) that protects your payments in the event of our insolvency.

If we cancel a retreat, we refund 100% of the amount paid (including the deposit) within 14 days or — if you prefer — move your payment to another date.

We reserve the right to make minor programme changes and to replace a teacher with someone of comparable qualifications, while preserving the character and value of the retreat. We inform you of any change immediately.

Participation in the practices (yoga, breathwork, somatic exercises, nervous system work) is voluntary and at your own responsibility.

Before the retreat we ask you to complete the participation consent form and to inform us of any significant contraindications (including pregnancy, heart and cardiovascular conditions, epilepsy, glaucoma, recent surgery, serious mental health conditions, medication).

The practices do not replace diagnosis, medical treatment or therapy. You may stop an exercise, rest or leave the room at any moment — no explanation needed.

• Arrival and check-in follow the schedule sent by e-mail before the retreat; please be on time for sessions — late arrivals disturb the whole group.
• Quiet hours start at 22:00. Morning practices begin in silence.
• We encourage you to limit phone use — sessions are not recorded and phones stay out of the practice room.
• Smoking is only allowed in designated areas. We do not serve alcohol and ask you to abstain for the whole weekend — alcohol does not combine safely with breathwork.
• The kitchen is fully vegetarian. Allergies and intolerances must be reported in the form at least 14 days before the retreat.
• No pets. We are not liable for belongings left unattended — keep valuables in your room.
• Participants are liable for damage caused at the venue under the general rules of the Polish Civil Code, limited to the damage actually caused.

If you travel alone, we will match you with another participant. If you travel together, name each other in the form — we guarantee you a shared room.

Requests to change rooms on site are accommodated subject to availability.

What happens in the circle stays in the circle. We do not share other participants' stories outside the group.

Photos and recordings are made only with consent — you give it separately in the participation consent form and may withdraw it at any time. We ask participants not to publish images of others without their consent.

If something is not right, tell us on site — we will try to fix it immediately. Formal complaints go to kontakt@sol-world.pl and are answered within 14 days.
