SOL Retreats
Terms of participation
Effective from 18 August 2026.
1. Organiser
Retreats under the SOL Retreats brand are organised by WINNERS Magdalena Grzywa, VAT ID (NIP) 9441757240, Aleja Rzeczypospolitej 27/11, 02-972 Warsaw, Poland, e-mail kontakt@sol-world.pl.
2. Booking
Applications are made through the form on the website. We confirm the booking by e-mail together with the payment details. The number of places is limited and admission is based on the order in which deposits are received.
3. Payments
A place is secured with a deposit of PLN 800, payable within 3 days of booking confirmation.
The remaining amount (PLN 1,899 with the Early Bird price or PLN 2,099 with the Regular price) can be paid by bank transfer until 2 October 2026 or in cash on site on the day of arrival.
We issue invoices on request — please provide your billing details in the application form.
4. Cancellation and changes
Please send cancellations by e-mail. The deposit is non-refundable, but you may nominate another person to take your place.
If the retreat is cancelled by the Organiser, all amounts paid are refunded in full.
The Organiser reserves the right to make minor changes to the programme due to weather or circumstances beyond our control, while preserving the character and value of the retreat.
5. Participation and liability
Participation in the practices is voluntary and at your own responsibility. The participant declares that her state of health allows her to take part in physical activities and informs the teachers of any significant contraindications before the sessions begin.
The Organiser is not liable for belongings left unattended or for damage resulting from failure to follow the teachers' instructions.
We recommend taking out individual accident insurance.
6. Right of withdrawal
The retreat is a leisure-related service provided on a specified date. Pursuant to Art. 38(1)(12) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act, the 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract does not apply. Cancellation rules are set out in section 4 of these terms.
7. Nature of the service
The retreat is a workshop and leisure event. The Organiser does not provide transport and does not combine at least two different types of travel services within the meaning of the Polish Act on package travel and linked travel arrangements — the retreat is not a package tour. Participants travel to the venue on their own.
8. Personal data
The rules for processing personal data are described in the Privacy policy available on the website. Participants' images are published solely on the basis of their separate, voluntary consent.
9. Complaints and out-of-court dispute resolution
Please send complaints to kontakt@sol-world.pl. We consider them within 14 days of receipt and reply to the e-mail address provided.
A consumer may use out-of-court complaint and redress procedures, including proceedings before the provincial inspector of the Trade Inspection and assistance from the district (municipal) consumer ombudsman. Detailed information is available on the website of the Polish Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (uokik.gov.pl).
10. Final provisions
Matters not covered by these terms are governed by Polish law, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.
The Organiser may amend these terms for important reasons; amendments do not apply to bookings confirmed before they were introduced. The current version of the terms is always available on the website.
