Deposit and payment

Your place is secured with a deposit of PLN 800.

The remaining amount — PLN 1,899 with the Early Bird price or PLN 2,099 with the Regular price — can be paid by bank transfer until 2 October 2026 or in cash on arrival.

If you need an invoice, please add your billing details in the form — we can issue it for the deposit and the balance separately or together, as you prefer.

We process data to handle your enquiry and to conclude and perform the agreement (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), for tax settlements (point c), for defending claims (point f), and your image solely on the basis of consent (point a).

Recipients may include: our accounting office, e-mail and hosting providers, the accommodation venue and the teachers leading the sessions. We keep data until the matter is closed and for the limitation period of claims; accounting data is kept for 5 years.

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the President of UODO. Providing data is voluntary but necessary to handle your enquiry. We do not profile data and do not take automated decisions.
